Lowestoft Seafront Air Festival Trading and Catering at the 2010 Show..
Trade, catering, exhibition and amusement provision opportunities are available at the show. With visitor figures averaging c.400,000 each year, mostly ABC 1,2,3s and family groups, there are various hard standing and grassed areas right in the heart of all the action for your business, organization, product or service to get itself in front of our visitors.
Trading, Exhibiting and Amusements:
You must book for both days. The minimum site size is 4.5 meters frontage x 4.5 meters depth (approx 15ft x 15ft) which costs 600.00 for both days -(120 per metre frontage over 4.5m). The sites are on the sea front, on concrete in the main area of footfall. (Maximum depth 4.5m due to lamp posts on sea front).
There is also a large grassed area (Royal Green), overlooking the seafront, where there is no limitation on sizes or depth of site, which is where large exhibitors are sited. Guide cost 15m x 9m 1,750.
There is also a large area for amusements, inflatables and funfair items.
Catering:
Catering sites are available by a tendering process.There is a minimum bid applicable for each category of caterer or foodservice provider and we limit the various categories to ensure that not only our visitors can enjoy variety and choice, but also that our caterers have ample opportunities to trade well.
Charity Sites:
A limited number of charity sites are available to recognized organisations from only 50.00 and these sites are usually over subscribed. We try very hard to offer our visitors a range of diverse local, regional and national charities with which to engage.
