Sponsors have a large choice of opportunities for branding, promotion, selling and corporate hospitality, which are detailed below.

Minimum financial contribution c.£4,000 Suggested benefits to include:

Sponsorship of one of the flying displays for both days 1 page colour advert in the Souvenir Programme. (artwork to be supplied) Sponsorship of 6’x 4’ roadside advertising sign for 6 weeks prior to the event OR entrance archwaywith your logo on 25’ banner Corporate Hospitality for 10 guests on either Thursday or Friday in the private VIP marquee including: Pimms reception, quality buffet lunch, afternoon tea and cakes and grandstand seating to view the flying displays.

Public Address coverage with details of your company on both days, prior to your sponsored flying display Your logo included on the Sponsors page and your chosen flying display in the programme, as well as on all publicity material Your logo on the Air Festival website, linked to your own website.

Minimum financial contribution c.£2,000 Suggested benefits to include:
Sponsorship of one of the flying displays for one day. 1 Half page colour advert in the Souvenir Programme. (artwork to be supplied) Corporate Hospitality for 5 guests on either Thursday or Friday in the private VIP marquee including Pimms reception, quality buffet lunch, afternoon tea and cakes and grandstand seating to view the flying displays.	Public Address coverage with details of your company on one day, prior to your sponsored flying display. Your logo included on your chosen flying display in the programme.

Both the above packages are suggested options for minimum levels of financial contribution. Sponsors can choose a mix of options, from the many available on the enclosed sheets, to achieve the above financial contributions.
